The process
- - Speaking and collaborating with the client to see if there needs can be met.
- - If things are a go, then Sera will work with you to determine what your level of experience is handling a sims land space and prim limitations.
- - Figure out how many 'zones' will be needed. Zones refer to the compartmentalized territories such as a human village, a neutral forest, a sky environment or a dragons lair for example. This also helps give both an idea of the size of the project.
- - Determine a fee to charge for each zone. Rather then taking one full payment upfront, you will pay after a completion of each zone. This ensures the builder is paid along the way, thus ensuring labor will be compensated. Like wise, this gives peace of mind to the sim owner that they are only paying for whats been completed and their money well spent.
- - Signed contracts are acceptable if the client wishes extra security.
- - Once building starts, a little creative freedom to be left alone so that your vision can be brought to life without any premature nitpicking. Sometimes its hard to understand the vision while its under construction. Once a zone is done, you will walk through and collaborate and make any needed revisions or changes. This will repeat for all zones until the project as a whole is done.
